Nyasha

Nyasha is a junior at Ossining High School in Ossinging, New York. In her free time she enjoys playing soccer, playing piano, cooking, taking photos and acting. Her favorite thing about Memorial Brew is the friends she has made and the new skills she has developed. She is thankful to have the opportunity to gain work experience as a Barista.

Michelle

Michelle is from White Plains, New York and is currently a sophomore at White Plains High School. Her hobbies include spending time with her friends and “window shopping” on line. Michelle is a member of the Westchester County Youth Council where she engages in many civic opportunities to better our community. Michelle’s enjoys volunteering at Memorial Brew because she enjoys making drinks for others and spending time with new people in a welcoming environment.

Britney

Britney is from White Plains, New York and attends White Plains High School. Britney enjoys playing tennis, watching movies and reading books. Britney is happy to have made the connections she has made at Memorial Brew, not to mention learning how to make so many delicious drinks!I

Dayana

Dayana is from White Plains, New York. Dayana enjoys baking, playing the violin, bike riding and watching Netflix shows with her family. Dayana likes volunteering at Memorial Brew because “everyone is so nice, welcoming and we all get along.” Dayana is thankful for being part of this team and having so much fun.

Mindy

Mindy serves as the Youth Coordinator for Memorial Brew. Prior to being a part of Memorial Brew Mindy was a high school dance teacher in Riverside, Illinois. Mindy has recently returned to the work environment after having twins Annie and Henry and her 3yr old daughter, Ashley. Mindy is delighted to be working with teens again and learning the skills of being a barista. Mindy is very meticulous on training teen baristas and enjoys learning more about fair trade. Lastly, Mindy enjoys being a mentor to the teen volunteers.

David

David serves as Memorial Brew’s Operations Manager and Coffee Bar Coordinator. David lives in Yonkers, New York and is delighted to be a member of the Memorial Brew team. David brings great enthusiasm and joy to those around him. He enjoys organizing games for our Teen Night get togethers and serving our costumers delicious coffees.
